Finally finshed test!50-50%

Fail or pass.

Just treat it as fail.

Cause the more high expectations i have,

When the results come not my expectations,

I confirm will break down and sad..



Okay larh!whatever it is.

Where the i pass of fail.

Ahhhh!finally no need get out

Of bed as early as 3am.

For the sake of study.

Now i know i should start study earlier ><.

Then i no need suffer so much.haha.



Weee!yesterday my 2nd daughter visited

My house and took a picture with her =).

Actually not my daughter ><.kidding.

Obviously!i am still 15 and student.

Impossible to have daughter at this age ><.hahaha!

No choice larh.she is too cute =P.

How i wish i have a daughter like her!hahaha ><.

I think i better stop my crap.or else

I will get mad over her.haha =).



Went to shatec last friday for

Western culinary workshop.

Actually dont really want to go.

But since everyone going,then i go =).

Join in the fun as a whole!haha.

Our trainer is chef daisy cheong.

The way she use knife,everything was so

Pro!obviously she is a good chef of course =).



She demostrated the process of cooking

3 dishes.

Minestrone Soup,

Pan-Grilled Fish Fillet with Alio Olio Pasta

& Homemade Tiramisu.

After that our turn =).

Everybody had to wore *chef hat* & apron.

Which made of paper and plastic ><.

Everyone look cool with the *chef hat*!

1st time and the only chance to wear i guess?haha.



Parner with emelynn =).

Both of us was slow cause our step wrong.

Wasted 4 eggs egg white & 6 eggs egg yolk ><.

Poor eggs!i am sorry ><.

Lucky got other chefs around to help us.

If not i guess night time we still cant finsh.haha!

Just realised when you are cooking 3 or more dishes,

As in western or italy style,

The time actually pass very fast.



After packing everything,time to taste

Own-made tiramisu =).

One conclusion,too sweet for me ><.haha!

After that say bye bye to the kitchen.

Cause wouldnt come back i guess?

Traffic jam!get home around 7 plus,8.

It was kind of fun and enjoyed it =).

If life was like this i dont mind!

But,my dream is have a own shop,business.

Not chef.So,too bad!haha =).



Time pass really fast,its august now.

Sooner it will be november,then next year.
